About this policy

This policy covers the GO2PLC website, portal and remote-access applications, operated under the trading name Tech Team in Israel. For privacy requests, support or other questions, email info@go2plc.com.

Information we use

  • Accounts: name, email, account identifiers, sign-in and verification information, organization membership and roles. Local sign-in stores a password hash. Optional Google sign-in supplies identity/profile information, including email and a Google identifier.
  • Remote access: Deployment and Target configuration, equipment addresses and ports, routes, device/application details, connection status and timing, security events and IP addresses. Applications also store configuration, recovery information and diagnostic logs on participating devices.
  • Historical billing: existing trial, customer, subscription and transaction records may be retained. No payment or credit card is collected during the free pilot.
  • Correspondence: emails, attachments and related contact information for support and privacy requests.

We use this information to provide and secure accounts and remote access, manage organizations, enforce access permissions and Target limits, investigate problems and respond to requests. Authorized organization administrators can access information needed for their roles.

Providing information is your choice. Name, email and authentication information are needed for an account; without them, GO2PLC cannot provide an account. Equipment configuration is needed for remote access. Google sign-in is optional, and public pages do not require registration.

Pilot feedback and contact consent

We use your contact details to request feedback about your use of GO2PLC during the pilot, based on the separate consent required to participate. This is not consent to advertising or marketing. We store your consent, its wording and version, and the UTC time you gave it. We do not infer consent for existing users. Contact us to withdraw consent; because it is required for participation, withdrawal ends your participation in the pilot.

The feedback form stores the selected type, message, email address, submission time and originating page. For signed-in users it also stores the user ID and associated account or organization. Authorized Super Admins can review these submissions to investigate bugs, improve GO2PLC and respond to you. Submissions are stored in the service database and backups; they are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Contact us about access, correction or deletion.

The form does not collect attachments or logs automatically. Do not include traffic contents, PLC programs, passwords or connection codes. It uses security tokens, spam checks and short-lived rate limits to protect submissions.

Connection content

GO2PLC does not record PLC/HMI connection payloads, transferred file contents or screen/session recordings. Equipment traffic passes through Tailscale and the computer running the Customer application; connection metadata and diagnostic logs are stored separately. Equipment software and administrators may keep their own records. Attachments you send for support are stored as correspondence.

Tailscale encrypts traffic between participating Tailscale devices. GO2PLC does not add encryption to the separate local-network connection from the Customer computer to equipment.

Providers and storage locations

  • Hostinger hosts service databases, files and logs in the United States, with separate US server backups.
  • Purelymail hosts support and privacy correspondence, including attachments, using AWS infrastructure.
  • Resend sends automated authentication emails and receives recipient and message information.
  • Google provides optional sign-in.
  • Tailscale processes device and network information to provide connectivity.

GO2PLC uses the service providers and storage locations described above. We also maintain application backups and diagnostic database copies for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Cookies

GO2PLC uses functional cookies for sign-in, security and verification. Payment-provider services are inactive during the free pilot. The GO2PLC application has no advertising or analytics integration; providers have their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Most service records, logs and mailbox correspondence are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Expired sign-in credentials, trial participation and processed billing messages can remain stored. Hostinger rotates its backups, but we have not confirmed an exact retention period. Application backups and local copies have no general automatic expiry.

Account deletion removes selected account data and service files; it does not automatically delete every billing record, trial record, backup or provider record. Shared organization resources may remain, and deleting an organization owner's account can affect other members.

Contact us about information that remains or to request deletion. We cannot currently give a fixed deletion time covering every record and copy. Provider records follow their own policies and applicable obligations. These limitations do not restrict your legal rights.

Your requests and security

Contact info@go2plc.com to request access to or correction of your information, or deletion where applicable. We may need information to verify the request. Your rights, including any right to complain to a privacy authority, depend on applicable law.

GO2PLC uses password hashing, protected session credentials and role-based access controls. These measures do not eliminate every security risk.
